Oxfordshire SOUP is an initiative originally popular in Detroit but has been brought to Oxfordshire by the lovely Tina at Creating Sense. The event is happening on the Wednesday 15th June, from 7.30am – 9.30am at Wood Green School, Witney and gives small businesses the chance to pitch for some funding.

I’d originally met Tina at The Oxfordshire Projects networking and she’s apprached me to work on the new branding along with a super advertising flier which is showcased below.

Grassroots funding at its finest, Oxfordshire SOUP is Crowdfunding meets Dragons Den for small businesses. SOUP is a global movement which enables communities to disrupt the status quo and raise small scale investment for new businesses or ideas they collectively vote for.

The format is simple. You come along, pay a small fee and listen to 3 or 4 ambitious businesses pitch their idea.

You can find the event HERE and below is the new flier.
